"Checkout did go through eventually, but using..."
Checkout did go through eventually, but using it on my phone was more frustrating than it should’ve been. The page was loading slowly, and then I had to type my shipping info in again after it disappeared, which was annoying.
The payment processed fine and the confirmation email came through right away, so at least the order wasn’t affected. Still, if this keeps happening, I’d definitely bring it up with support because the checkout experience needs to be smoother

Nice. The toys are decent overall and seem fun, but I did wish there were more options available. Fine for what it is, just a little limited...

My order got mixed up at first, which was a bit frustrating, you know?? But customer support got back to me and sorted everything out. It took a little longer than I hoped, but in the end they did fix it, so I’m happy enough.

I’m kind of surprised. It’s been used a bunch and somehow still looks pretty much new. Definitely holds up better than I expected.

"Perfect little gift for my niece"
I got this little toy set for my niece, and as the aunt who always wants to bring something fun, I was so happy she tore into it right away. The packaging looked nice too, so I didn’t even have to dress it up much. Definitely an easy win for a kids’ gift

"Bad first impression, felt too babyish"
My first impression wasn’t great. Right out of the box, it just seemed way more babyish than what I expected for the age range listed. My kid wasn’t really interested, and I felt like it was better suited for a much younger child.

"Shopping on the site was a hassle"
I tried browsing roseandrex.com it got annoying fast. Slow. The pages took a while to load for me, and the filters didn’t really seem to narrow things down the way I expected, so I kept scrolling through items I wasn’t even interested in.

The checkout part wasn’t much better either. Clunky. I had to backtrack a few times just to fix simple stuff, and by that point I was pretty much over it. The products might be nice, but the website made me give up before ordering

"I was let down by Rose & Rex..."
I was let down by Rose & Rex. The toys look really cute online. But once they arrived, they didn’t feel worth the price. I expected better quality for what I paid. You can find similar gifts for much less elsewhere. It felt like I paid more for the name than the actual product. I wouldn’t order again.

I was hoping this would keep my kid interested for more open-ended play, but it got boring fast. I felt a little disappointed because I don’t like spending money on something that ends up sitting unused so quickly

I ordered a few toys from Rose & Rex and overall I’m happy with everything. The big thing for me was the safer materials/non-toxic stuff, because my kid is still in the phase of putting basically everything in their mouth... The toys feel sturdy and well made, not cheap or flimsy. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I’d say 4 stars for that, but I’d definitely order from them again.

"Good selection, though one pick was out"
I have a specific standard when I’m shopping for toys, so I was glad to see Rose & Rex had most of what I was looking for in stock. It was easy to browse around, check the options, and feel like I wasn’t settling just to buy something.
One item I had saved ended up being out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. Still, I found a solid backup that felt like a good fit, and the ordering process was simple enough. Overall, a good experience and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Descriptions could be a lot clearer"
I was hoping the product descriptions would make it easier to decide, but they were vague and a bit confusing. I appreciate the effort, but they didn’t really give me the details I needed, which was frustrating.

"Surprisingly solid packing"
My order showed up packed really well, with no crushed corners or random loose pieces rattling around. Everything felt secure inside, which I appreciated. it was better than I expected, especially since some packages clearly don’t get treated too gently along the way.

"Really nice toy picks"
and I actually liked how the toys felt thoughtfully picked out, not just a bunch of random stuff thrown together. My kids ended up going back to a few of them more than once, which is always a good sign. Some of the prices are a little high, but overall the curation is solid

"Cluttered site kind of ruined my shopping plans"
I was planning to browse and actually buy something, but the site was just way too cluttered for me. There were so many colors and cute little graphics everywhere that I couldn’t really focus on the products. I got frustrated fast and ended up leaving, which was annoying because I had set aside time to shop.

I opened my order and the weird part is, it wasn’t even the item I bought. Somehow the wrong thing got sent to me, so now I have to figure out how to get it fixed.

"Decent, but not a huge amount of learning"
The kids picked up a few things here and there, so it wasn’t a waste by any means. I’d say they learned a bit, just maybe not as much as I was hoping for

"Cheap junk, honestly"
I bought this toy thinking it would hold up at least a little, but nope. It broke way faster than it should have. feels like a flimsy piece of junk and definitely wasn’t worth the money.
